Australian Shorthorns in collaboration with Shorthorn Beef recently participated in a special lift-out published by The Land newspaper (attached).   The lift-out also appeared in affiliate newspapers (Stock & Land, Victoria), Queensland Country Life (Qld) and the Stock Journal (SA).

We all appreciate that Shorthorn cattle are known for their carcass merit traits of marbling, tenderness, and high quality beef.  Australian Shorthorns will continue to participate in programs which highlight the quality attributes of the Shorthorn.
